Use of an outdoor, load-tested aerial yoga rig for 6 students and 1 teacher (also suitable for hoop & trapeze). For beach workshops or photo opportunities, two portable x-poles and 4-portable aerial frames can be utilised. There is also a Iyengar yoga wall for those addicted to hanging upside down! *SUP Yoga is available, for a truly expansive experience. Teacher training courses welcomed.

How much does it cost?This will depend on dates. You can refer to the the venue package prices above for basic prices, any activities you desire can be calculated as additional costs. Best to book a consultation with Tessa, then a bespoke estimate will be provided. Start by filling in the Inquiry Form on the contact page.

How do I get there?Flights to Alicante airport are best, cheap and easy. Alicante is approx 45 mins drive. Valencia is also an option and is 1.20 mins by car. We do not arrange transportation from airport, but are happy to advise and pass on information for you and your guests. A shuttle bus runs via beniconnect.com to Calpe.

How do I book?Start by filling in the Inquiry Form on the contact page. Then Tessa will contact you.

How do I transfer from Alicante airport?There are a few options. Car hire. Beniconnect shuttle bus to Calpe (https://www.beniconnect.com/), or private transfer. Full guest transfer information is supplied after consultation. It is a very direct and easy trip from both Alicante and Valencia Airports.

What are the terms and conditions?A full terms and conditions document will be supplied before booking. Deposit, non-refundable, non-exchangeable. Deposit is 20-30%, depending on the Payment plan you have chosen. The Host will be expected to pay the Invoice in instalments. Karmavida (the Letter) has 3 plans, with the 1 Year Plan being the best value, as you receive free gifts and a discount. On cancellation, instalment payments will be transferred to the following year or another event, with an administration fee. Full terms and conditions will be provided.Damages deposit 450 euros paid 3 days prior to event (refunded within 3 days of departure).

Do you have a Brochure?Yes. Please go to the contact form and send an inquiry. The relevant brochure will then be supplied to you in PDF format or as a link.

Double or twin beds?In the Mountain Venue, we have 10-bedrooms, with flexible spaces. For example, 7-bedrooms have twin or double bed options. Start by filling in the Inquiry Form on the contact page. Then Tessa will send the relevant brochure to suit your needs. A bespoke estimate can then be provided.

What are the legal requirements for running retreats?All teachers providing activities should have professional qualifications, public liability insurance and event insurance. If you don’t already have these we can happily explain the process. We also have templates for disclaimers, health forms and booking forms.
